Your home,
considered as a whole.
A complete renovation is more than a collection of individual improvements. Every decision affects what comes next.
California Designs UK brings the different stages of the project together, from the work behind the walls through to the spaces and finishes you live with every day.
One project.
Every stage connected.
We undertake complete residential renovations including structural works, plumbing, electrics, flooring, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, decoration and final finishing.
By considering these elements as one project, we can coordinate the sequence of work and maintain a consistent level of attention throughout the home.
What you see matters.
So does everything behind it.
The quality of a renovation is determined long before the final coat of paint.
Preparation, structure, services, waterproofing, carpentry and the way different materials meet all contribute to how the completed home looks, feels and performs.
We give those hidden elements the same consideration as the visible finish.
